Today, we’re back with more updates on the delivery progress, and hopefully some good news!

We understand the anticipation and appreciate your patience as we continue shipping out orders. While we’re still in the process, we can start to see the finish line ahead, as things are now moving forward more steadily.

Like many projects, we’ve faced a few unexpected challenges along the way that have affected our original timeline. It’s important to us that you know we haven’t lost sight of our goal: We’ve always been committed to delivering on our promises, and to ensure that you receive the high-quality rewards you backed for. We are doing everything we can to make that happen. While the process has taken longer than expected, we’re getting closer to completing the final stages of fulfillment, and your order is definitely on its way!

Europe Hub: 5,944 parcels already with the local courier for delivery, and 285 parcels being prepared at the EU HUb for the courier.

US Hub:
– West Coast: 547 parcels already with FedEx to start delivering with more 3,009 parcels arriving at the FedEx facility by Dec 8th at the latest.
– East Coast: 3,005 parcels arriving by Dec 24th at the FedEx facility and 2,911 more parcels arriving by Jan 4th at the latest.
– Rest of the World & Non-Contiguous US: 121 parcels arriving at the HUB by Jan 5th at the latest, to then be processed and forwarded to the courier.

Q&A
Q: I received my tracking code but when I try to track it, an error message shows “Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later.”. Did I receive a wrong tracking code? What should I do?
A: Please hold tight. You received the correct tracking number, and it will be updated soon. For some HUBs, the tracking information is generated at the factory and will only be updated when the courier at destination gets your parcel for the last mile delivery. Please check your HUB status for more information.

Q: I did not receive my tracking code even though the fulfilment was completed for the HUB in my region, what should I do?
A: Please contact our Customer Service support using the link below.
