Campaign Update: Fulfillment Status & Next Steps

Hi everyone,

We want to take a moment to share a clear update on the status of our outstanding campaigns.

First and foremost, we want to acknowledge the delays. We know many of you have been waiting far longer than expected, and we understand the frustration this has caused.

Where We Are Now

As of this week, we have finalized a fulfillment plan for 2026 that covers several of our outstanding campaigns. While there are still moving parts, we now have a concrete roadmap forward rather than uncertainty.

What We Are Doing to Fulfill These Campaigns

Our priority is, and remains, delivering your games. To make this happen, we are actively pursuing multiple paths in parallel, including:

  • Exploring IP sales or licensing opportunities with other companies where appropriate, if this helps ensure fulfillment. We have successfully done this before with Zombicide: White Death, Dark Providence and Death May Die: Forbidden Reaches.
  • Delivering in batches, allowing retail sales to help fund the manufacturing of remaining products in the line.
  • Working closely with manufacturing and logistics partners to sequence production responsibly.

These measures are focused on one goal: getting the games to backers as reliably as possible.

What We Are Not Doing

We want to be absolutely clear: we are not asking backers for additional money for manufacturing. The responsibility to fulfill these campaigns rests entirely with us.

What We Ask From You

What we ask for is patience, as we work through fulfillment in a way that ensures completion rather than risking further setbacks. We are committed to delivering your games no matter what, even if it requires alternative approaches to get there.

We will continue to share updates as milestones are reached and as plans become firm enough to communicate responsibly.
