Give Thanks For New Releases

It’s a feast this month with the release of a whole new faction for the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. However, there’s plenty for everyone at the table. This month, we have the Baratheon Starter Set as well as the Neutral Heroes #2 box set and the deluxe activation banners for five different factions. Let’s take a little look deeper into each.

House Baratheon is a house divided. After their brother’s death, both Stannis and Renly have laid claim to being next in line to sit on the Iron Throne. The vast resources of House Baratheon have been split, but even at partial strength, the House has plenty of men and materiel to put House Baratheon in charge of King’s Landing. House Baratheon’s battle strategy focuses on heavily armed and armored troops, fielding some of the toughest units in the game. For players that want a rockand a hammer for their army, this is the faction to go with.

Along with the new faction, players are getting new options with the release of the Neutral Heroes #2 box set. There are new NCUs, new Attachments, and even new Commanders in the set. Bronn helps the unit he’s in, as long as the price is right. Brienne takes her knightly vows very seriously and extends those standards to anyone she leads. All these new options will greatly expand how players can build their forces, letting them customize their forces like never before.
