The stars have aligned. The incense is burning. The incantations have been said. The Elder One will be coming into the world. However, there still may be a chance tosave humanity before everyone is wiped out in a catastrophic wave of insanity. If the intrepid investigators can find some last clues and still disrupt the ceremony enough, when the Elder One crosses over, it might just be vulnerable for a moment. In that moment, perhaps they can stop it. That’s the task put before you in Cthulhu: Death May Die, designed by Rob Daviau and Eric M. Lang, with artwork by Adrian Smith and Karl Kopinski. The core box is available now.
The Cthulhu: Death May Die core box comes with plenty to keep players coming back time after time. It includes 10 investigators, each with their own detailed miniature and custom ID card, all of them ready to put their unique skills to the test in fighting the various monsters and cultists. Each of the six episodes, created usingthe game’s modular tiles, can be played using either of the Elder One boxes, giving players new experiences each time they set up the game. They can choose to fight against the nefarious Hastur, or the main god themselves, Cthulhu. The different Elder Ones create different obstacles that players must overcome, making sure that no two games are ever the same.
For the investigators, time has run out, but there may still be a chance to save the world. Don’t let time run out on you! Head on down to your game store or buy online to get your own copy of Cthulhu: Death May Die.
