Nyakuza is a competitive game for 2-4 players. Each player is the head of a Cat Yakuza Clan, catfighting for control over the fishing industry.
The waters of Oki-Yo Bay are teeming with fish. Such a profitable spot would be the puuurfect place to set up business for the different Nyakuza Clans. But, in the end, only one can be THE boss cat!
In Nyakuza, players take on the role of heads of their respective Nyazuka clan. Bid for Boats to go out and get the freshest catch in the Bay to establish your seafood Stalls before your rivals. The first Clan to build their Grand Market Stall wins the game!
Bid to Win
Players bid each turn for boats. However, one’s resources are limited, and so it’s best to know when to go all-in and when to wait it out.
Make Connections
Players are trying to build networks of boats out on the game board, using them to gain resources as they go, as well as claiming territory so their opponents can’t get there first.
Race to Build Stalls
With resources aboard and shore space acquired, players build Stalls. Once all regular Stalls have been built, a player must build their Grand Market Stall to be crowned the winner.
