About the Game
A zombie plague is spreading throughout the universe. Even mighty Super Heroes are not immune to its effects, with many more being infected all the time. It’s up to Professor Charles Xavier’s greatest students, the X-Men, to halt the progress of the walking dead and put a stop to the carnage once and for all.
In Marvel Zombies – A Zombicide Game: X-Men Resistance, the tables are turned as players take on the role of the X-Men, mutant Super Heroes who are trying to stop the zombie plague. This expansion introduces Hero Mode. Whereas in the core Marvel Zombies – A Zombicide Game, players are trying to spread the zombie disease, here, they take on the role of more traditional Survivors from the Zombicide franchise, fighting against the onslaught of the undead.

The heroes and zombies in the game are represented on the tabletop by highly detailed pieces.
A New Mode of Play
Hero Mode recreates the traditional situation in Zombicide where players are the Survivors trying to stop the zombies. The set can also be played like the core game, with zombified heroes spreading the plague.
Unique Powers
Each hero has their own set of abilities. Build up Power and unleash their super abilities on the masses of zombies.
